the Minutes of the Special Meeting of the Corporation of the Township of North Dundas held on February 13, 2023 be adopted as presented.

Council authorize s and approve s the 2023 Part-Time Wage Schedule dated March 7, 2023, effective May 1, 2023.

Council adopt Policy No. 94-2023 – Driver Abstract Policy, this 7 th day of March, 2023.

Council approved Policy No. 03-2003, Vehicle Expenses Policy, as amended, this 7 th day of March 2023.

Council approve Policy No. 93- 2023 – Municipally Significant Event, this 7 th day of March , 2023.

Council accept the 2022 Treasurer’s Statement of Remuneration Paid to Elected Officials.

Council authorize the receipt of land being Part 2 on Plan 8R - 5193 ( an existing easement) from Winchester Meadows Developments Inc. as a gift and authorizes the Mayor and CAO to execute the Agreement of Purchase and Sale and any other documents related to the purchase.

Bylaw No. 2023-18 being a Bylaw to abandon a Branch of the Moffat Creek Municipal Drain be read and passed in Open Council, signed and sealed this 7 th day of March 2023.

Bylaw No. 2022-74 , being a bylaw to authorize a Franchise Agreement between the Corporation of the Township of North Dundas and Enbridge Gas Inc. be read a third and final time, signed and sealed, this 7 th day of March, 2023; AND THAT the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the 2000 Model Franchise Agreement with Enbridge Gas Inc.

Bylaw No. 2019-41 being a Bylaw to regulate the setting of fires in the open air within the Township of North Dundas be approved, as amended , this 7 th day of March 2023.

Council authorize payments of accounts as per the attached Council report dated: February 1, 2023 to February 28, 2023 in the amount of $2,312,173.96 AND THAT all other items listed under the Consent Agenda be approved as recommended.

Bylaw No. 2023-20 to adopt, confirm and ratify matters dealt with by resolution, be read and passed in Open Council, signed and sealed this 7th day of March 2023.
