the Special Meeting of the Council of the Corporation of the Township of North Dundas be hereby called to order at 3:00 PM.

Council approve the agenda as presented.

Council approve budget amendment # 2021-25 to increase the budget for upgrades to Sandy Row with the additional amount to be financed in 2022.

Council approves budget amendment #2021-26 to authorize the purchase of a John Deere backhoe at a cost of $157,800 utilizing proceeds from the insurance claim and general working funds for the deductible of $10,000 .

By-law 2021- 71 , being a by-law to adopt a COVID-19 Vaccination Policy for the Township of North Dundas be read a nd passed in O pen Council , signed and sealed this 1 8 th day of October, 2021.

By-law No. 2021-73 to adopt, confirm and ratify matters dealt with by resolution. be read and passed in Open Council, signed and sealed this 18th day of October, 2021.
