the meeting of the Council of the Corporation of the Township of North Dundas be hereby called to order at 7:00 PM.

Council approve the agenda as amended.

Council proceed in camera at 7:02 PM pursuant to Section 239 (2) of the Municipal Act, 2001: (f) advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose.

Council move to Open Session at 8:00 PM.

Council authorize staff to follow through as directed on matters discussed in camera.

the Council of the Township of North Dundas authorize s sole sourcing the Ontario Clean Water Agency to proceed with works required to complete the Consolidated Linear Infrastructure A pplication before the deadline date of February 18, 2022, for a contracted price of $ 7 ,000 plus HST.

Council acknowledge and approve the Water and Sewer Allocation Update for 2022 as required under Section 5 of Bylaw No. 2020-23.

Bylaw No. 2022-13 being a Bylaw to set remuneration for all full-time employees be read and passed in Open Council, signed and sealed this 25th day of January 2022.

Bylaw No. 2022-14 being a Bylaw to set remuneration for all Part-Time Employees, including firefighters be read and passed in Open Council, signed and sealed this 25 th day of January 2022 .

By-law No. 2022-15 to adopt, confirm and ratify matters dealt with by resolution, be read and passed in Open Council, signed and sealed this 25th day of January 2022.
