Council return to Open Session at 4:44 PM.

Council approves policy 22-2008, Sick Leave Policy, as amended, to include a provision surrounding medical notes and clarification regarding the responsibility for the cost of continuing benefits through short-term, long-term , and WSIB leaves , this 11 th day of April, 2024 .

Council approves policy 38-2012, Training Policy, as amended , this 11 th day of April, 2024.

Bylaw No. 2024-19 , being a Bylaw to delegate certain powers and duties to officers and employees of the Township of North Dundas , be read and passed in O pen Council, signed and sealed , this 11 th day of April 2024 .

Council approves the award of Tender No. TS2024-02 for the s upply and installation of Granular M for the C onstruction/ M aintenance of Unpaved Roads , to A.L. Blair Construction L td. in the amount of $349,007.40, excluding HST. AND THAT Bylaw No. 2024- 27 being a Bylaw to enter into an A greement with A. L. Blair Construction L td. for the su pply and installation of Granular M for the Construction/Maintenance of Unpaved Roads, be read and passed in Open Council, signed and sealed this 11 th day of April , 2024.

Council adopt Speed Limit Reduction Policy No. 103-2024 this 11 th day of April , 2024.

Council approve the 2024 Water and Sewer Budget as presented at the March 21 st 2024 Council meeting.

Council has determined, in accordance with Section 34(17) of the Planning Act, that no further notice need be given regarding the changes to Zoning Amendment By-law No. 2024-30; AND THAT Bylaw No. 2024- 30 being a Bylaw to amend the former Township of Winchester Zoning By-law No. 12-93, as amended, for a property legally described as Concession 6, Part of Lot 15, former Township of Winchester, be read and passed in Open Council, signed and sealed this 11 th day of April, 2024.
