the meeting of the Council of the Corporation of the Township of North Dundas be hereby called to order at 1:04 PM.

the Agenda be adopted as presented.

Council proceed to Closed Session at 1:05 PM pursuant to Section 239(2) of the Municipal Act , 2001 Subsection (c) a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality and Subsection (f) advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose.

Council return to Open Session at 1:50 PM.

Council instruct staff to follow through on matters discussed in Closed Session.

Council adopt the Public Event Policy Number 94-2023, as amended this 12 th day of April, 2023.

Bylaw No. 2023-27 being a Bylaw to Adopt the 2023 Municipal Budgeted Revenues and Expenditures be read and passed in Open Council, signed and sealed this 12 th day of April, 2023.

Bylaw No. 2023- 11 , being a Bylaw to expand the Bylaws enforceable through an Administrative Monetary Penalty System in the Township of North Dundas , be read a first and second time, in Open Council, this 12 th day of April 2023 .

Bylaw No. 2023-11, being a Bylaw to expand the Bylaws enforceable through an Administrative Monetary Penalty System in the Township of North Dundas, be read and passed in Open Council, signed and sealed this 12th day of April 2023.
