Council approve the additional road closures for Winchester Bike Nights held either September 8 th or September 15 th from 4:00pm to 9:00pm as follows: • Winchester Main Street from Christie Lane to Gladstone Street – Closed – Local Traffic Only with 2 Lanes Open • Winchester Main Street from Gladstone Street to Nation River Health Clinic (512a Winchester Main Street) – Closed – Local Traffic Only – 1 Lane Open • Louise Street from Winchester Main Street to Church Street – Closed – Emergency Access Only • Centre Street from Winchester Main Street to Queen Street – Closed Emergency Access Only

Bylaw No. 2022-77 to adopt, confirm and ratify matters dealt with by resolution, be read and passed in Open Council, signed and sealed this 31st day of August, 2022.

Council adjourn to the Call of the Chair at 2:05 PM.
