Council proceed to Closed Session at 7:16 PM pursuant to Section 239(2) of the Municipal Act, 2001 Subsection (c) a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality.

Council return to Open Session at 7:46 PM.

Council authorize staff to proceed as instructed during Closed Session.

Council approve s the award of Tender No . ENV2023-02 to Louis W. Bray Construction Limited in the amount of $4,448,900.00 plus HST ; A ND THAT Council approve s the award of Contract Administration to J.L. Richards in the amount of $273,910.00 plus HST ; AND THAT Bylaw 2023-49 being a Bylaw to enter into an Agreement with Louis W. Bray Construction Limited for upgrades to the Chesterville Water Supply System be read in passed in Open Council, signed and sealed, this 30 th day of May, 2023.

Bylaw No. 2023-47 being a Bylaw to enter into an agreement with R.W. Tomlinson Ltd. for the upgrades to the Winchester Lagoon be read and passed in open Council, signed and sealed this 30 th day of May, 2023.

Bylaw No. 2023-37 being a Bylaw to provide that the Retail Business Holidays Act does not apply in the Township of North Dundas, be read and passed in Open Council, signed and sealed this 30 th day of May, 2023.

Bylaw No. 2023-45 to adopt, confirm and ratify matters dealt with by resolution, be read and passed in Open Council, signed and sealed this 30th day of May 2023.
