Bylaw No. 2024-56 being a Bylaw to amend the former Township of Winchester Zoning By-law 12-93 , as amended, for the property legally described as Part of Lot 2 , Concession 6 , former Township of Winchester , municipally known as 1 2050 and 12054 County Road #3 (PIN# s 661020450 and 661020451), be read and passed in Open Council, signed and sealed this 5 th day of September , 20 24 .

Jason White has submitted an application for a Plan of Subdivision ( SDG File 0 2 -ND-S-2024) for 1 3 residential lots on part of Lot 5 , Concession 6 , Former Township of Mountain , now the Township of North Dundas under Section 51(16) of the Planning Act; AND WHEREAS a public information session was held in South Mountain on July 2 5 , 2024 in accordance with the County Official Plan; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Township of North Dundas hereby requests that the United Counties SDG incorporate the following 2 4 conditions attached hereto as Appendix “A” into Plan of Subdivision No.0 2 -ND-S-2024.

Bylaw No. 2024-46 being a Bylaw to amend the former Township of Mountain Zoning By-law 79-6, as amended, for the property legally described as Part of Lot 13, Concession 2, former Township of Mountain, municipally known as 11060 County Road #3 (PIN# 661080083), be read a third and final time in Open Council, signed and sealed this 5th day of September, 2024.

Council approve the award of Tender No . RC2024-0 4 for the construction of the Hallville Community Park to Cornwall Gravel Company Ltd. for the stipulated price of $ 1,841,394.89 + HST ; AND THAT Bylaw N o. 2024- 54 being a B ylaw to enter into an agreement with Cornwall Gravel Company Ltd. for the construction of the Hallville Community Park , be read and passed in O pen Council, signed and sealed th is 5 th day of September , 2024.

Bylaw No. 2024-01 being a Bylaw for the Appointment of Officers, Committees, Agents, Staff, Volunteers and Other Associations be approved as amended, this 5 th day of September , 2024.

Council grant the request by the Winchester Legion to license their entire parking lot for a BBQ and a band on September 20, 2024 from 2:00 p m until 10:00 pm to celebrate Legion Week .

Council a pprove the request of the Winchester Downtown Committee to install a blue light in the Sweet Corner Park , for the month of September , on an annual basis, in honour of Prostate Cancer A wareness M onth.

Bylaw No. 2024-53 being a Bylaw to enter into an Agreement with Fire Marque Inc . , be read and passed in Open Council, signed and sealed this 5 th day of September, 2024.
